Support Group: Overcoming Obstacles during Treatment and Beyond

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Encountering obstacles during and after treatment for OCD is common. One obstacle many people face is feeling discouraged when new obsessions emerge or old ones return. That’s the nature of OCD. The content of obsessions can morph and change over time. Changing how you respond to obsessions, whatever form they take and whenever they occur, is challenging. An experienced OCD therapist and author leads this support group, sharing strategies to stay motivated to challenge OCD as a lifelong goal. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and questions.
