Mandy Rosenberg is a 27 year-old female, born and raised in Wisconsin. Currently, she is a private academic tutor and former elementary school teacher. She was diagnosed with BDD and OCD when she was 24, but has been living with it for most of her life. Her BDD symptoms started when she was a young child, along with other OCD obsessions. At the age of 24, her BDD became debilitating. After hours of searching for therapists, her mom found Chris Trondsen's presentation online from the IOCDF conference. About a month after that, she flew 2,000 miles across the country and received a 3-week intensive treatment at the Gateway Institute where Chris Trondsen now works. Today, three years later, she continues to work on her treatment and travel to speak to others about BDD and OCD.
