Chad Wetterneck, PhD
Chad Wetterneck, Ph.D., is a cognitive behavioral specialist and clinical supervisor at Rogers Memorial Hospital where he works primarily with OCD, PTSD, and Dual Diagnosis populations. He was formerly an Assistant Professor at the University of Houston "“ Clear Lake, where he had OCD and OC-spectrum disorders specialty center, and was the co-director of research at the Houston OCD Program. Dr. Wetterneck received six years of training at two leading residential/inpatient treatment programs, Rogers Memorial Hospital and The Menninger Clinic. He has authored over fifty articles, mainly on OCD, OC-spectrum conditions, and sexual thoughts (in normal and clinical populations). He is a professional member of the International OCD Foundation, the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies, and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. Finally, he has lead support groups for persons with sexual and violent obsessions at IOCDF and in the community.
