Stephen Palmer is a jack-of-all-trades who currently works as a School Specialist at Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York. For 20 years he has assisted students with placement testing, program planning and course selection. He has a passion for veterans outreach and emergency response management. Steve and his wife have 2 children. Their son has been diagnosed with treatment resistant OCD, emetophobia, ADHD and Tourette syndrome. Because of Steve's experiences parenting a child with complex needs and significant training, students with OCD and other mental health concerns continually seek his support during their college journey.
